After a live intake call, a 4-week programming plan that is unique to you will be created for you on the Trainerize app.

I will be accessible via message for the duration of the plan. Messages will be responded to within 24 hours.

For recurring months, I will check in regularly via message to provide new programming every 4 weeks that stays aligned with your evolving goals and preferences.

20 minute weekly follow-up live calls via Zoom or phone. Dive deeper into fitness education, questions in real-time, and live form feedback.

Summit

Health Coaching - Live Weekly Calls

$200 monthly

Wellness goes beyond fitness. Explore the multifaceted nature of holistic wellness through nutrition, sleep, recovery, stress, and more tailored to your unique body and goals.

60 minute weekly coaching calls via Zoom or phone.

This program can include general discussion of physical activity goals, but fitness programming is not provided. Fitness programming can be combined with this program for an additional $50 per month.

Welcome! I'm so glad you're here.

My health and fitness journey began in 2019. I lost 50 pounds with the help of an incredible personal trainer and discovered a love for strength training. I went from being sedentary and intimidated by the gym to becoming a recreational powerlifter.

But my story didn't end there. After years of training, weightlifting had become a core part of my identity. Then, I encountered serious health challenges that made even basic strength training nearly impossible. I felt disconnected from the identity I had built, regained weight, and found myself starting over in a body whose needs and abilities had changed in ways I didn't recognize.

Through that experience, I learned that health and wellness are not fixed. Life is long and it will have twists and turns that require the strength, flexibility, and self-compassion to redefine what these terms mean to you in different seasons of life. Adapting my training and wellness practices to support my body today rather than forcing me to fit into the mold of who I was before has allowed me to reintegrate the joy of movement back into my life. Today, I am back in the gym and training for the 2027 Colorado Marathon!

Due to my experiences, I am passionate about working with individuals just starting their journey and those returning or starting over because of illness, injury, or life changes. Together we will discover movement, nutrition, recovery practices, and other aspects of wellness that you will genuinely enjoy and create goals that feel meaningful and sustainable. I will be there every step of the way to empower you and celebrate each victory!
